MetaPaint LLC began operating in the State of Alaska in 2002 and registered in the state of Oregon in 2007.

The client is responsible for all claims made, all trademarks, copyrighted materials and clearances.

If requested, MetaPaint offers the option of assisting in the copyrighting or licensing of materials for a fee.

MetaPaint is not responsible for the loss or damage of our clients' property by others.

MetaPaint will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred in jobs which are terminated if and when the contract is terminated.

MetaPaint reserves the right to reproduce work as a marketing tool.

Clients are responsible to repay any losses incurred by MetaPaint as a result of claims or suits made against MetaPaint for work done on behalf of a client.

Estimates are good for 30 days.

DESIGN: If the contract is terminated, MetaPaint retains ownership of all materials and/or design ideas which have not been paid for.

BILLING: All invoices are due upon receipt and become past due 30 days from date of invoice. Interest on past due balances will be charged at the rate of 5% per month.
